Even the 15th ranked team in the nation tries to run up the score to help their computer ranking.I don't think the Maryland coach was to happy with that.He sure looked pissed off after the game when Beamer came over and patted him on the shoulder.

Do you blame teams like Oklahoma for Texas or doing that? Oklahoma has to dominate, or else they will not play for a national championship. Texas is fighting for a spot in the BCS.

Stoops even admitted that it seems like you have to run up the score just to make the computers like you.

The BCS :idea: brainiacs took the "margin-of-victory" (MOV) out of ALL the computer formulas starting last season. As far as the computers are concerned, Virginia Tech only won by a score of 1-0. :yikes:

Ok then what was Stoops talking about running up the score to make the polls look better?Was he talking about the human polls?
