Tee is a huge upgrade. Weinke has underperformed as a recruiter here despite these ties.

I think that is a little harsh. Imo he did pretty good for it being his first year recruiting. Sure tee is a more established recruiter but this is a pretty good list for a first year recruiter:

How can you say someone who only started recruiting during this years clas has under performed?? Last year’s class he wasn’t even hired yet.. we still had Gillespie at RB coach during the bulk of that recruiting period...

It got us 1 kid that was from TN. Ties to IMG are severely overrated. Every school in the country stops by there regularly and none of the kids there would have been when Weinke was coaching
