Florida State signed 9 last year which is pretty-freaking-ridiculous. Not sure how many made it in I'm sure they had attrition but I was thinking about how crazy it would be to sign 7 then I remembered Florida State had a huge OL last year but I didn't think it was that big. Really I'm more curious how that will play out for them in the longrun - seems like an interesting strategy.

FSU doesn't have the 25 scholarship limit that sec teams do though, right?

Yep. The "we have a legitimate chance" crowd is back while the "that ship has sailed" crowd now lurks elsewhere in the shadows.

Going to be a fun recruitment, not gonna lie I'm not even that mad he picked Ole Miss-it kind of makes sense. It's just going to make it that much sweeter if he flips. :wink:

He is certainly giving us plenty of chances to flip him.

Wow! I thought you guys were kidding so I looked it up and they did take 8 going by rivals. 1 was a LS and 2 were Jucos. So technically the took 5 high school OLs. A class like that would really help us.

Very impressive list. Shouldn't be hard to flip Sweet from UNC. Really looking like Richmond might be flipping and Phillips and Walker would be great gets. I say if we land 3 of those we finish with a top 3 class

How does McGirt measure up against Sweet, Burrell, Allen, and St. Louis? Which are the ones we really want/ need? I didn't include Richmond because I think he goes to OM and is just playing us.

Yeah mecole isn't coming. He's going to Clemson to watch them stomp Syracuse. Those accounts from clemson stock him. If I was a recruit I would hate that.

I just hope that recruiting holds up. I don't know how much longer recruits are going to buy into the process. At some point winning is going to become mandatory.
