Is that a no contact period or something along those lines? In no contact periods, you can only make contact on your campus, no? I probably have no idea what I'm talking about...

I remember a few years back we had DC Jefferson visit our Outback bowl practices

Maybe the rule has changed

It is unofficial visitors i am certain

theres a differnce in viewing practices and taking an official visit. I assure you, Jefferson did not take an official visit to a bowl game.
