Yea. 3 different LSU co workers are 100% confident that TV will be announced at 4:30 via Press conference as their next coach.
Only reason I’m relatively worried is they are relatively connected with inside recruiting info. Typically correct.

So word is Tony V is going to go coach the players that flipped our fanbase off while leaving the field? Yeah, I am guessing if that happens LSU should just go ahead and forfeit any baseball series at LNS because Knoxville will not be kind to TV. They thought fans got out of control over Kiffin departing the way he did. Find out TV had a deal in place to coach LSU while still coaching our team in the CWS. It will be ugly.

Those chuckleheads also said they would win the super and bring Tony back to BR after that series. :)
I don't believe for a min TV or Sexton were ironing out a deal with anyone during the CWS. With that said, if it happened that way I don't want any coach that would do that.

If I’m in TV shoes I also need to consider the fact it may not be me at LSU. If that’s the case, I need to get a deal done before that job is off the table or I’ll lose leverage…just thinking about it from another perspective

Here’s all you need to know about TigerDroppings; when asked who Woodward would’ve hired had he been the AD when Miles was fired, one poster sincerely said, Jimbo or Dabo and that Woodward could’ve at least peeked Urban’s interest.

Vitello isn’t any of those guys. Then reaching for Corbin is about that level. But them trying to poach Vitello isn’t really comparable. Granted.. and SEC sitting baseball coach hasn’t been poached since 2005 or 2009, can’t remember which

Are there any sort of gentleman’s agreements that they do not make announcements during the CWS? Seems like an announcement today would take away from what is happening in the field.
