Where I would eat:
Buffet: wicked spoon at Cosmo or the caesars
Steak: if you want a fun atmosphere stk at Cosmo.
American: culinary reject the hardrock

Have a drink at top of Mandalay bay after dark. Two diff spots up there.

Your daughter will have fun at least one or two nights at a club or pool party. If you want to know the good ones just ask.

Palazzo and Venetian have great restaurants
Don't do stratosphere that part of the strip sucks.

I second the comment about the Linq High Roller being crap. It's off the strip and you can't see he things you want to see. It takes 25 min or so to go around fully.

Otherwise, there's plenty to do in Vegas. Hotel viewing is a cheap day. Takes forever to walk through all of them. Shoppes at Caesars is ok. Waterfall restaurant at Wynn is amaze-balls. Gondola ride at Palazzo for the lady is nice. Paris Eiffel Tower is like $25. Stratosphere sucks inside, top is cool. Circus circus is turrible. Sadly, TI cancelled their free show. No matter what you'll have a blast.
