Smallpox Vaccine: The Good, the Bad, and the UglySmallpox was the most deadly disease in human existence. The vaccine eradicated it.
To be even more specific, smallpox killed an estimated 300-500 million. In the 20th century alone.
The vaccine for smallpox MAY KILL 1-2 people per million.
