While I do agree that our police need better training, I think its funny that this meme tries to make it sound like the the USA just slaps the cops on the back and tells them good luck. Its literally three weeks shy of two years of training. Maybe part of the problem is that in our country most people feel entitled and when an authority figure calls them out for something they try to buck the system causing the violent response. And yes I do believe some police unjustly use force and unjustly target minorities....
