People don't necessarily drop dead on the spot. I've seen reports from experts not named Fraudci.

I don't care what his dad died of. My dad died from cancer, and had 0 heart problems. I've had heart issues / procedures since 2015, and 0 cancer.

Edit: I’m guessing you’re adding aneurysm to the list of side effects.
