A president visiting the leader and officials of another country is generally referred to as a Presidential visit I believe. I'm afraid I don't get your other point. Are you saying an American president shouldn't go somewhere if he's not the President of their People or is that just the isolationist in you coming through.

This meme would be outstanding if it was accurate. To be fair to the declining old man, that quote attributed to him last year is not accurate. Here's what he actually said:

Speaking at the House Democratic Caucus Issues Conference on March 11, 2022, Biden had said that “the idea that we’re going to send in offensive equipment and have planes and tanks and trains going in with American pilots and American crews, just understand — and don’t kid yourself, no matter what you all say — that’s called ‘World War Three.’”

He clearly included "American crews" in his statement, an important distinction.

We gotta be fair here. The media did this kind of thing to Trump all day long on things like drinking bleach. It's no better when we do this to their guy
