It's weird that some people want to treat the government like any other employer, except that with this employer, employees don't get laid off when downsizing.

And, yes. The government is in desperate need of downsizing.

I'd load the buggy full of canned good and get a 25" running go at them.

I’d go to the Asian section and get a bottle of fish sauce and pour it on them. It would take about 20 showers to get rid of that particular smell
