I think that's low in the priority list for a lot of recruits. If kids are that short-sighted we have a serious problem.

We are important to adidas because they don't sponsor a lot of people because nobody wants to wear their stuff. Nike would be a step up.

Adidas doesnt sponsor a lot of schools but all their schools are prestigious powerhouse programs (UT, Michigan, Nebraska, ND, etc.) And we are treated the same as those schools.

At Nike we would always be behind Oregon, Alabama, Florida, Texas, OU, USC, LSU, FSU, Miami, Boise State, And I can go on all day. Unless we let them Oregonize us, Nike wouldnt give 2 ****s about us.

This right here is what these 30-60 year men don't understand. Its what the players want. I like Adidas but Nike IS WAY better. People my age are in to looking good on the field while winning games. Tradition gets old and boring. We never said drop our traditional uniform. I promise you we will wear those same Orange top and White pants all the d*** time. We are saying it wont hurt anybody to see the Vols come out in something new. It sure helped us destroy a ranked USCjr on Halloween.

I'm 31 and i totally agree with you. We could use a lil change in the uniform and Nike is the way to go.

These are prestigious programs too except Oregon. Nike would care about us. Its called "working your way up." If we are bringing in more money than them, They will care I promise.
