I notice Freak has avoided this thread like it's the plague. I know he spent all my VN dollars on hot dogs at the Super Regional baseball games.

My theory is that Freak spent all the money at the Pink Pony after the game.

I believe I was the second richest under LIO. I just liked looking at all my money in the bank and dreaming it was real!!!!!! :p

Not only did he eat hot dogs at the Super Regional, he also went to "The Varsity" for some and to the Braves games!

What is the PINK PONY by the way???

One of about 100 . . . ahem . . . "special entertainment" options available in Atlanta. Atlanta's two most plentiful resources are bad traffic and strip clubs.

Ya know Bayou I did go to the Varsity after the Saturday game. Believe it or not, I got a burger. I should have had the hotdog though.

There used to be a fun place on the beach in Gulf Shores called the PINK PONY. It probably blew away with Hurricane Ivan. It was a cool beach bar, old and beatup!

I went to The Varsity Friday night with Chris Howell's family. I had a pork sandwich and some onion rings. Really messy stuff and terribly greasy. After it was all said and done I was told that their specialty is a hot dog! Oh well, it was historic afterall. Maybe some other time!



BY THE WAY.... It didn't escape my notice that you have been MUM on the subject of VOLNATION $$$$$ !!!

I haven't been mum, just waiting to see how the vote turns out. I haven't really thought much about adding it back since NO ONE USED IT... :lol:

I think all of you are just a bunch of complainers. Seriously tough, if the vote is overwhelming then I can check into it. Of course it's more work for me, but I will look into it.

It's not that I took it down, it's that when I installed the new board everything else has to be installed individually. So I just didn't go to the trouble of installing it again since no one used it.

OK... maybe you should checkout the thread I started about "where is Surreal?" We now have a pool tournament set with judges and a moderator, and food! (We tapped you to bring the HOT DOGS of all things!) Anyway, we sure could use those VolNation $$ to place wagers! (of course you would have to teach us how!)

If it really is a lot of work then we can do without. We wouldn't want to take up too much of your time from your family! Right guys?
