I know and checked in on her during that time. Look at me, I’ve learned to delete my thoughts on that. Excuse me while I pat myself on the back. . Serious, I hope she finds the time to check in when she can. I’ll be checking in to see her come back.

I’ve been in touch and remember her excitement at getting her city water back (even though they couldn’t drink it). She’s having to finish her studies on a compressed timeline, but being Exie, she still sang during the holidays (brrr!) and did winter chores with the church and extension office. She’ll be back.
