If they did it would bump out the Big 12 champ, not us. There’s nothing in the rules about the Power 4 champs getting in, just the highest ranked conference champions. Boise and Army would be the 4th and 5th in that scenario. Is there any chance that if Army beats Notre Dame, beats Navy, beats Top 25 Tulane in CCG that both Boise and Army (at 13-0) get into top 10?
yeah, and not gonna happen imo. Arkansas loss was bad.Ole Miss losing or ND loses is probably how we make it in.
If OSU doesn’t make them look silly, they’re in. Even if they lose by 14-21 they’ll still be in.Y’all are naive about Indiana. The only way a one-loss IU team gets in is if they take OSU to overtime or something. The committee will drop them like a hot tamale at the slightest excuse because 1. They’re not a big brand and 2. They won’t want to risk another TCU-like debacle.
I'd take this all day.Current projectionView attachment 698652
If aggies beat Texas, longhorns should be on the outside looking in. Their best win will be Vandy while Tenn beat Bama. Our best chance is FL pulling a rabbit out of the hat and beat Ole Miss. Not going to happen as Lane and company will win by two or more scores.
Some disagree but the committee will take a one loss Indiana team over UT. While they lack a top 25 win, they didn’t lose to a subpar team like we did and will only have one loss. Just my $.02.
Notre Dame - USC end of yr. I don’t see Irish losing.
Bama is in the playoffs so no need beaching about it.
Plus, Texas must beat aTm or the Aggies will leapfrog TN.
Texas has zero ranked wins. Losing to A&M means that they will have zero ranked wins at the end of the season and no SEC championship to try again.I don’t disagree they shouldn’t but doubt committee will drop them from three to nine.

If the CFP committee was any corrupted by ESPN, it would mean they would be out. However, Texas is “a huge brand” that draws a lot of eyes and would get in because money.
