Vols a 5 seed in way too early bracketology

I would guess not 7. And that's not including Kyle wiljer or Cauly Stein.

Not a UK fan at all btw, just think this recruiting class is that stupid good.

I see what you're saying and it makes sense, but from a pure talent standpoint UK would be better IMO

Off the top of my head and quick look I'm thinking the bobcats have 7 or 8 top 20 picks on their team. Like I said, add in the experience and strength difference and it would be over by halftime.

Do you not recall the 50 year old MJ verse rookie MKG story? That should give you an idea of how much that experience matters.

I'm already ready for 2013-14 season to start. Should be a fun year for the Vols.

Comparing any pro team to the best college team is plain stupid. As bad as the pro is, it's made up out of the best college players.

UT as a 5 isn't far off from what I see. With Maymon this year they would have been in. With the recruits and played back, they'll be top 25 and in.

That being said, I have some doubts about some of the predictions. Will Louisville, Bama, and Michigan be that good and UF, Indiana (I hope so!) that bad?

I think Florida as a 5 is way too low, they'll be a top 10-15 team next year IMO.
We'll probably be just outside the Top 5 in the preseason, at least. Don't know what Lunardi is thinking here.

Alabama is probably a few seeds too high. I'd put LSU in Missouri's slot. Vanderbilt looks good where they are... I think they'll be right on the bubble next season.

Louisville will be that good idk about Bama and Michigan. Louisville still has a very good possibility of returning Russ and Maybe Deng. Then you factor in Chris Jones Gill and Rozier they will be deep. Not to mention Harrell. IU has a lot of questions to answer 4 1000 point scorers in the starting 5 gone. They'll have some struggles. UF will have to grow as a team don't think they will be that bad.

Fairly sure Gorgui Dieng is going and Smith has said he's 50/50. If they both leave then I think they're definitely not top 15ish. Maybe top 25 but without Siva, Smith, and Dieng they're gonna have to depend on some players to step up.

Russ is 70/30 staying. They're at least top 10 with all the players I mentioned coming back. Only new position they'll have to depend on is at the PG spot. They won't fall off that much by losing just Deng and Siva if Russ stays.

They would have 7 top 20 players including 6 top 10. By years end I would put money on UK over the Charlotte bobcats, if they get wiggins.

I hope not much, they are 18 yr old kids for the most part. Bobcats are not good, but would still beat any college team easily. Same logic as bama beating the the worst team in nfl, it wouldnt happen.

Basketball is different than football. Alabama would have no shot against any NFL team and i would not argue that ever. Basketball is a different animal entirely. Maybe my statement was hyperbolas in nature but i'm not convinced its that far off.

Arizona a #1 seed ?

Is Kentucky supposed to be that good with another crop of freshies ?

Kentucky and Arizona, depending on how Michigan State replaces Nix, are probably the two best teams in the country. I fully expect a group of Wildcats to win the national title next season.
