Vols football 12/17 bowl practice

Fangers!

Damn it feels like a team about to start fall practice with a bunch of unknowns. Not a 10-2 team about to play in a Big Bowl.

Why do we always have the worst damn luck! With Hendon, Cedric, and Jalin, I honestly feel like this would be how the LSU game was. To miss all 3 is just the worst.

Matthews is super athletic. Telander looks like a sophomore.

Thanks for the post Fingers! That's one of the great benefits of bowl play. Extra reps and the ability to get the newbies started early.

Wow. I've never seen so many EEs getting bowl reps. This is massive for the impact of a recruiting class.
In addition to the 15 EEs that were already mentioned we also have Castles (transfer TE), Campbell (transfer Kicker), and Gilbert (PWO kicker from Memphis area). That is pretty nuts. Then we'll also have two more from the '23 class as early Enrollees in Hobbs and Seldon that'll be here for spring practice.

Bring them in, coach them up and get them ready to rock for our big Orange Team!!!

To me being a EE says several things about that kid...

1...They're serious about their playing well and that they want to learn as much as they can as fast as they can.

2...They're also serious about their studies and grades because without good grades and staying on top of it all they would not have graduated early or been able to become a EE for us.

3...Doing those things also says that they've already learned about setting realistic goals and listing and making the steps needed to attain those goals which is a very important thing especially for such a young kid.

4...Says that they were also probably raised right and have many good things already ingrained into them that will help them adjust to college life a bit easier and faster.

I really love seeing all these EEs in Tennessee Orange and on the field already learning from our coaches and older players!!!

Good things are becoming a serious part of Tennessee footVOL again and will keep on making our future brighter and brighter and I LOVE t!

VFL...GBO!!!

Fingers,

Is Jeremy Banks back practicing with the team now? I see where you mentioned he was dressed but mostly watching at the first one.

Maybe he shouldn't play. He might die from all the toxicity hurled at him by hater Vols fans.
