And Gruden mentioned Tennessee . Maybe he is having 2nd thoughts.

Oh GAWD. Please STFU. Any Vol fan mentioning Gruden as a possible coach, from now on should be taken out back and summarily executed.

I'm sure most of you already know, but for those who don't pay a lot of attention to NFL football, there are 7 Vols (by my count) playing on Monday Night Football right now.
Denver:
Peyton Manning
Britton Colquitt
Malik Jackson
Robert Ayers

Oakland:
Kevin Burnett
Denarius Moore
Mychal Rivera

Boom! Nice to see all the former Volunteers representing our beloved University on the biggest stage!

You forgot the shoutout to Broncos Offensive Assistant Jim Bob Cooter

I had to travel last night, so I listened to the game on Denver sports radio...

They were referring to University of Tennessee players constantly...and kept mentioning how good of a TE prospect Rivera appeared to be.

I must admit, I was proud to be VOL last night. It's been a while. Lol

Yes, I couldn't believe it. Peyton has 4 coaches "in waiting" on his personal staff that prep him for games and Jim Bob Cooter is one of them. I spewed my beer when Gruden said his name.

It's almost surreal

I kind of wish NFL broadcasters would mention a players school in their commentary more. Yeah, a lot of random places, & Bama & OSU would get love, but we should still be in the top 5 as far as total # of alum in the NFL if I estimate correctly, so we'd get some love to. & you know these HS kids are watching these games with candy cane dreams of playing their one day. Pair that with Jones's energy & salesmanship on the trail. Could be real nice.

They also among the best players on the field.

Broncos have done exceptionally well with Vols and Dogs on their roster, including former players Al Wilson and Terrell Davis.
