Love that dude!!! Hendo cinco in the house! GO VOLS

That dude pisses excellence. Hung 52 points on Bama. 46 AT LSU...and beat Flarduh all in the same season. What a beast.

He recorded the single best season by a UT quarterback EVER. Not even Peyton can match his TDs, TD/Int ratio, Completion %, or points per game by the offense. He broke many records and was a 2nd team All American and SEC offensive player of the year. Our 1st since Peyton in 1997.

Joe is a VFL, but I wish Nico could’ve sat behind Hendon.
Respectfully, don’t look at talent alone….

Hendon and Joe were the first to create a culture and legacy within the QB room. BOTH of them bought into “the best guy gets the spot and the second roots like hell and helps the winner to succeed.” And for that reason, only for UT, they’re equally important.

What Nico and the future learned, but the table set by THOSE TWO COMBINED, is that when you lose your position, you’re still apart of a TEAM.

In someways I respect Joe awven more. He contributed MORE to the cultural development than even Hooker did. If Hooker had won and Joe threw a fit, we have no culture mowing forward.

In my eyes, the combination of BOTH is why we will succeed in the near future, and hopefully longterm…in the QB room.

So I truly hope BOTH come back every chance they get to instill that character and those values.

What they created is WAY more than either ever “produced.”

Together…they built the foundation.

Many will forget and take for granted what the combination of BOTH created.

I’m not talking about culture though. That part is obviously there, I’m talking about Nico picking Hendon’s brain. No one has had a knack for running Heupel’s offense like him.
