In the shadow of Neyland Stadium, how embarrassing for East TN to repeatedly lose high level talent to other schools. Even legacies from East TN will not sign with TN. With close proximity to Bama, Ole Miss, Vandy and Ark Middle and West TN still delivers top 15 in State talent to UT. I hope our coaches build relationships with these nearby high school coaches and the fans put some gentle pressure on the high school coaches to support our University.

Calm your tits and give Pruitt time. We will be living in the Top 5 for years to come. The wall will be built around our state.

Can the same thing not be said for kids coming to Tennessee from other states? Give it a rest. Hope Cade does great except when he plays against us and forgets how to do his job for the day.

If you look back we’ve only got 1 top 15 recruit from East TN since 2012. I got tired of researching any further. Cade is just the last example.

I know kids go to other schools but only 1 top 15 kid in the state in the last 6 years. It’s horrible!

Do we really want a kid who wants instant gratification instead of wanting to work to retstore his states program? I’ll take a kid from Cali who wants to be here over one from TN who doesn’t.

10 years of bad on the field product will do that, plus kiffin, dufus and total drop the ball butch. Hell the kids in east tn were 7 or 8 the last time we made any noise so they dont know TN as anything other than a mediocre midfle of the road no championship team

OP, you should check the stats on how many Georgia and Florida kids go to other schools. Then punch yourself in the face for creating this thread.

Majors and Fulmer always had a strong California presence on their teams. I am glad to see us go back to nationwide recruiting

Coach has been on the job 17 day's, Butch screwed up T and Cade for us, the boy didn't won't to be here, do you really won't him if his heart isn't where it should be, plus his blood is red instead of ORANGE.:)

WHAT!!!! sorry we lost what in east TN? Are u guys serious? Whatever recruits we lost in East TN is because they are from east TN and listen to this chicken little crap locals always spout.

If all a person hears from everyone around them is that UT sducks, it will never get better, you hate the new coach. So forth and so on what do you expect to happen? Just because a kid is a legacy and/or from east TN does not means he gets a scholly. If we have found a better person at that position from peru U go there.

I searched forums through recruit threads.... outside of the one obvious name what did we miss on? and we missed on that based on what was not what is.
