Like we keep saying, if we continue on the path that this staff has we will end up with a class around 10-13 this year. We are encouraging all of our 4 star quality athletes to take their time and make a good decision and not a rushed one. Once they see the way our coaches handle themselves this season you will see us land alot of highly rated guys come October-Feb.

I = not worried

I am not a member, please elaborate.

First reply was something like, "what are we up to now, 35th? lulz." And then Hampton (LV) and people against Dooley went back and forth about Dooley's recruiting ability. Typical thread.

Nothing new then, posivols vs. negavols, with a few comments from the peanut gallery.

Honestly we've got a lot going against us right now with the coaching changes, off the field problems, and having a mediocre record the past few years. I still think we finish in the top 15 which is okay but is mediocre as far as talent in the SEC. We have got to get some depth at numerous positions and it may not be elite talent right now. This isn't going to be an instant turnaround after Fulmer's laziness and Kiffin bolting.

I'm excited about what we are doing.

Addressing need right off the bat, we are locking up what we need the most.

We have got a QB, 2 OL, 2 DL...and more on the way.

We are in on some of the higher rated prospects as well, and we will land a few of them for sure. Hopefully we land them at the positions of need.

Recruiting is one of thoise topics that people will always say--"we ought to be doing better". Unless we are top 2, people are going to whine about it. If we could be top 15 this year, I'd be quite happy. That would be a good year to build upon.

I would be happy with a top 15 class which is where I think we will end up....there are a lot of threads saying that we aren't where we should be in regards to recruiting....it's still too early to complain.....

Me too, considering what we've been through.

depends which site you looking at

scout..4 are 3 stars 1- 4 star 1 -5 star

rivals..3 are 3 stars 3 -4 star

espn..2 are 3 stars 4 -4 star

lasr year we had alot of 3 stars and most miami fans were crushing shannon for taking a like 4 projects..the rest of the class was good

The thing about this jump that stood out the most to me is that it happened with four 3 stars...can you imagine what the jump will be when Martin, Morris, and Kerbyson commit to us before the season starts...

I put next to no stock in Scout rankings but when the naysayers are using them to take shots at Dooley it's nice to see it backfire
