A top 15 class would be great! It`s hard to get a top 15 class when you have to sign a large group of linemen! There is just not enough 4* and 5* linemen out there for everybody! We have had some really good linemen that were not 4 & 5* recruits!

Great thread... What I gathered was just how fast you can move up the rankings with just a few recruits. I think I would of just posted it in Sabs 30 pager... lulz

I guess the only thing I can say for the ranking is that if we finish in the top 10-15 but still finish 5th to 7th in the SEC then I don't see what good it does.

How the 2010 TN VOLS perform on the field will affect the recruiting class success more than anything else. If the team is competitive against the Big Boys and makes a bowl game this class will finish out strong. If the team can't make a bowl, and gets blown out in most big games, the recruiting class could fall apart.

If you're in the same ballpark as far as talent it comes down to development. UGA gets top tier talent every year and squanders it away.

If you can get solid 3 star players that can redshirt, work hard in the weight room, stay at the program and become 5th year players you can sprinkle in a few 4 star kids along the way and end up with a contender. There are enough top players in the southeast that Tennessee can get a good group of players each year.
