Lipcius is getting screwed by the Dodgers. He should have been called up when Muncey went down. Then they should have traded him at the deadline to pick up some needed pieces for the playoff run. Made me want to compare stats. Keep in mind, there is no doubt that Bazzana faced a far lower level of competition at O-State than Moore did at UT.

Against better competition, Moore is killing Bazzana right now.

This may not be a rip on Bazzana as he is likely doing what you can expect every new pro -even #1 draft picks, to do. His average is really low and he is striking out a ton. Nothing new for first time wood batters.

Moore is a FREAK right now. He's doing better now against pros than he did even the last half of the season against college pitchers. Even his defense is improved. The wood bat admittedly helps with defense.
