Vols in team rankings after Tatum commit

That's such a lousy excuse. Bama and others have small classes too, doesn't mean that they drop much if at all. you still need to recruit at an elite level regardless of class size.

Yes the village idiots on here keep saying that over and over. Meanwhile, Clemson has 16 recruits and is in the top 5 and in the championship game. Welcome to the Negavol club for pointing out the obvious.

Every recruit we get up to number 20 will cause a big jump up the rankings if we sign at least 4 high 3 star-4 stars we will jump into the top 10 easily thats considering that other schools will improve also.

Thing is most other schools dont have a lot of room to jump

With everyone returning this is now a top ten class. There will be some nice closing day signings but next year may be one for the records.

If we pull Warrior and Brown then we will be in the 11 or 12 range. I doubt we get both though. I am betting we finish around 15 or 16. That's fine to do that every now and again. Some of the guys we have committed will need a red-shirt year anyways. I really think that we finish with a top 5 class again next year. Lot's of stud recruits in Tennessee in the 2017 class. I think Oklahoma finished #14 last year and they seem to do fine. I put more stock in the star average than anything. Need to really get close to a 3.5 star average at least to compete for titles.

Can someone that knows how the numbers are calculated tell me where we finish if we close with:
Warrior & Brown
Dickerson
1 of calloway, v jones or victor &
1 of kongbo, bailey or simmons

Add Warrior, Brown, Dickerson, & Jones and UT is 252, which would be around 15th in 2015.
