I enjoyed the XFL season back in 2020. Didn’t miss a game. Thought it was very entertaining. But now I’m all about the BaseVols.

I have to admit, even though I doubt it will last more than a year or 2 that the fact we're about to have non-stop outdoor pro football for the entire year is very exciting for me. We're rolling from the NFL straight into the XFL, then XFL will overlap into the USFL, the USFL overlaps into the CFL and then CFL overlaps back into College/NFL football.

He was a beast his final season. I can't verify it, but I think he may hold the season record for yards per catch with 19.4

1950 Bert Rechichar 9 — 205 2 22.8
1951 John Davis 8 — 160 1 20.0
1963 Buddy Fisher 12 — 242 2 20.2
1973 Stanley Morgan 22 ---511 4 23.2
1975 Larry Seivers 41 -- 840 4 20.5
1979 Anthony Hancock 34-- 687 4 20.2

i just wanted to look for myself.......;)

I thought the modern records used a minimum catch number. If so, then I'd guess Seivers has it

Idk why but I always wanted to see McKenzie vs Trey Smith as HS Srs. Both athletic monsters and obviously Trey made it but I think Khalil unfortunately was undeveloped by the coaching staff (Butch and Co.)

Trey always had a huge heart and motor.

Never saw Khalil play OL, but coasted at times on DL. Part of that was poor conditioning. But, I'll always love the Vols bucket hat he put on for signing day.

Absolutely correct. They also started him at a weaker position for him then the OL. NFL coaches immediately moved him 2 the ol

With the XFL cranking up, who will be left to play in the USFL when it re-boots in 6-8 weeks?

Didn’t realize McKenzie changed to OL.
He did when he was drafted by KC then ended up in Oakland.

I don't even remember the 2 TE's on the Renegades.. did they ever play? Ellis I kinda maybe remember?
