Ethan Wolf started 11 of 12 games his Freshman year, became first true freshman to start season opener at tight end in Tennessee history. 4th on Tennessee's career TE receiving yards list.He did when he was drafted by KC then ended up in Oakland.
I don't even remember the 2 TE's on the Renegades.. did they ever play? Ellis I kinda maybe remember?
I know who Ethan Wolf is I was talking about the other 2 on the renegadesEthan Wolf started 11 of 12 games his Freshman year, became first true freshman to start season opener at tight end in Tennessee history. 4th on Tennessee's career TE receiving yards list.
DWA was a highly rated JUCO who never lived up to the hype. Played in 24 games (17 starts) and had 38 career catches.
Ellis had 14 catches over 2 years.

I know he was a 5th year senior when he transfered in with us..I'm not sure if he had that extra covid year or not??Kinda screwed everything up makes it difficult to know who's got or had what left.DWA was a huge disappointment but I like to think half of those dudes were the unfortunate victims of horrid coaching.Just as coaches are only as good as their players the same could be said about players are capped at the limits of their coaching..I think JaVonta Payton had eligibility left? Thought he would have benefited by staying another year. Thought Payton and Jalin Hyatt were very similar type wide receivers.
We liked using Ellis in some trick plays. Seem to recall us throwing to him on a fake punt or FG in a bowl game. Mostly a blocker so he was really good at sneaking out and being open.Alex Ellis was a walk on under Butch Jones. Ended up earning a scholarship, I believe, and ended up being a nice TE for us.
Had no idea Bryce wasn't in the NFLThis list from Vince Ferrara has a few more names on it.
