Nah, I will always love talking about Dooley and Kiffin. Their incompetence is to the extent of fascinating.

I don't know if this is good news or bad news though. I mean a 3rd team freshman defensive tackle moves over and then is almost immediately starting? Kind of scary. He might be that good but still kind of scary.

Ever hear of Fred Weary?

He was a DT turned C...worked out ok.

Kudos to Butch for staying on a seemingly unattainable Jashon...especially after the #wasteofgas tweet...this is a huge benefit for us from the J'Fra exodus...I wonder if he attempted to bring Robertson with him to State College?

Good point there are some coaches and programs that did/do not recruit OLs at all, notably the U in their heyday. They only recruited hs DLs, less aggressive or good feet meant a 1 way trip to offense.

Whatever makes you feel better. Dooley's 5-7 team smoked a team that Butch coached to a 10-3 record and a bowl win over Vandy. The same Vandy team that we squeaked out an OT win against. Arguably, Dooley beat a Jones team that had more talent than his own.

Another thing that makes me worried is Butch losing to Muschamp last year, and the worst UF team they've had in about 30 years down there.

But I'll give him the win over SC and Spurrier.

It's almost like you don't follow college football and are just spouting off things based on records of teams at the end of the season.

The Florida team we faced was not the same one that lost to Georgia Southern. Their defense was playing like the best in the nation because they weren't riddled with injuries and not caring at that time.

Butch's Cincy team was no where as talented as Dooley's UT team. The fact that you thought that Cincy team to be arguably more talented than ours is beyond my comprehension. Next your going to tell me this USU team coming in is arguably more talented than our team as well since last year they had a better record.

The post which you reference was so riddled with false-logic that it could only be a troll job.

It's really cool to see Robertson doing well at OG. Apparenty he and Hurd go way back, so it's cool that it's looking like he could potentially be opening holes for him for the next 3-4 years.

Most of his play in high school was at OL. He did play some defense, but his best spot was the OL. I am not surprised he is doing well on offense. I think it tells us we have some pretty good DL players who only need to learn the system and gain some experience.

No way to sugarcoat this, it is not ideal. Third string frosh DT moved to OL and is now starting....ouch.

I am watching the world's strongest man as I post. Jon Pall Sigmarson is a freak of nature.

I'm not too worried about it because of his wrestling background. He knows leverage, and he will be a great when he learns technique.
