Auburn sucked more than Tennessee. If you think that game is evident Tennessee is "that good" you live in La La Land.

Some of you guys don’t remember the days when we actually were “not that good”. I guess that’s what happens when you turn a program around like Barnes has, the idiots jump on the bandwagon then cry and scream that the world is ending after every loss.

At this point I’d rather be 1 and done in the SECT and get some rest. We’ve made the semi’s or finals the last 4 SECT and it’s not paid off for us.

Def true. I get the sentiment. This team has overachieved this year with the loss of Chandler. And the overall program under Barnes is in GREAT GREAT SHAPE. Imo.
BUT I think we get hot in the sec tourney. I am a glass half full hope springs eternal type of guy. And for the record I won’t get overly despondent if we get bounced in either tourney early. I just see the potential and want to enjoy the madness

This is just me, but honstly the SECT is kind of a waste of time. Last year we got hot and it ended up doing no good. We didn't continue that into the NCAAT nor did winning it help our seed at all; plus getting to the finals didn't seem to help TAMU.

I'm glad we won it to get the monkey off our back but that's about it. If they are going to have it they at least need to move it up a day so it's done on Saturday.

I don't think the SECT has much of a meaning of anything. We won it last year and lost in the round of 32. The year we went to the Elite 8 we got destroyed by Kentucky by almost 30.

5 seed and 4th in the conference would not be overachieving this year. It would be about what was expected.

18-3 was overachieving but yeah 9-10 losses about expected. The never ending point is Barnes has elevated fan expectations, but most fans are entitled so they don’t get it

So you’re predicting Tennessee will lose at least 2 of its last 4 regular season games before losing in the SECT. That’s possible, but not a certainty.

Just as we overreacted to the Bama win, we’re gonna overreact to this loss. The truth is in the middle. Guessing Tennessee goes 3-1 to finish the regular season and wins a game in the SECT before losing. That’s 24-9. Probably a 3 or 4 seed.

aTm and Auburn at a minimum will beat this team.

South Car should be a win.

Arkansas is a toss up.

So yeah, 2-3 more losses is reasonable expectation.
