I am quiet relived we lost today. I am just happy we didnt have to play florida again and get the crap beat out of us. Now we have along rest before our first game, what seed do you guys see us getting? how do you think the vols will do?

I think a 4 or 5 seed,there is no doubt the long rest will do the Big Orange some good..But CBP & the guys got
to work on a few things and get it right or it might be a quick Exit from the dance,Whatever happens i am proud
of the job they all have done this year!

The Vols are usually only locally loved, when in the national spotlight they don't seem to be the same catagory of celebrated teams like your NC's or Duke'ers...who in my opinion while good teams get more laurels than they deserve because of hype. CBP has recieved some high praise and noteriety...that and our record should be enough to rate 7th seed.

Calm it down. Tennessee can be considered a nationally recognized program this year. All who follow college basketball know this. The guys are probably good enough for a four seed.

I don't disagree with a 4 seed rating is what we deserve....I'm saying 7th because thats what I feel we'll recieve.

A 7 seed? I think that's improbable. I would be very disappointed if we are lower than 5 (hopefully 4).

Lunardi has us as #3. Doyel has us as a #5. I'll split the difference and say 4.

Survive and advance..this is the best time of yr..anything can happen...it just reminded me of UF and Nova going at it last yr in the 4 vs 5...tough game.

Yeah . . . We're a feel good story that may be on its last page. As spent as we seem to be right now...and with Bradshaw clearly hurting, anything we do in the tournament is going to be a major accomplishment.

I haven't lost any confidence. Looking at this team's weaknesses objectively, I never thought this team was anywhere near as good as it was ranked. They've overperformed. Now the bill is coming due.

Im not going to argue with you, they have overperformed. But I mean come on, do you guys really expect for UT to not be figured out after playing a team 3 friggin times in one year. of course there going to be figured out. wait untill they play a team in the ncaa tourney that hasnt played them yet. they will be taken away by pearls system.

If it were that easy, all teams with unique systems would roll through the tournament. I'll take talent over scheme in the tournament. You're also overlooking that the first round opponent gets 31/2 or 41/2 days to break down film on Tennessee.

Let us digress. The Vols actually MADE the tourney this year. Lose in the first round and this is still a highly successful season for Tennessee. So chin up, guys.
