I do not believe any SEC team will be undefeated at the end. Having 1 loss puts us right there. Truth is the SEC is very average and still the top 4 teams can beat anyone. Both can be true. Not a team in CFB is actually dominant this season.

Vegas is usually pretty good at NFL games, but more often than not they’re a little off for college—there’s just not enough parity in college to make the more accurate predictions.

Regardless, these initial lines are more about getting people to throw money either way rather than accurately predicting the outcomes.

I’m guessing by game day we’ll be looking at something closer to Vols -6.5.

IMO the portal is showing that Saban's best claim to being a GOAT, is at amassing and keeping talent. Not saying he isnt one of the best...but without a very large talent gap, he is little better than some others in the SEC.

Agree 100%. They are a bargain right now at 25-1 to win the CFP. 50-1 with an odds boost.
