If we beat Georgia, it is definitely leaning towards our best year since 1998 or at least 2001.

Note that the last time Tennessee beat all 3 of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia was in 2004.

Dumbest post of the year… The same defense that’s getting “ran on” has yet to give up 20 points in a game this season. This is an elite defense, enjoy it.

That's right. I forgot that was the year we lost to ND when Ainge broke his collar bone. I was at that game.

Yeah, it is glaringly obvious that people are trying to get 4 Big 10 teams into the playoffs. They are undefeated, but they haven’t played a playoff bound team all year, nor have they beaten one. Tennessee has. That said, neither has TX. TX just doesn’t have a bad loss like Tennessee does. Arkansas will likely end up 7-5. Still, if TN loses and Indiana loses, I think Indiana should drop further. Where this could get interesting is if they both win I think Indiana has to get the nod to be ranked ahead of TN in that instance.

I was as well. I was a Junior that year at UT. It was also the year where James Wilhoit (who I knew well), miss the PAT to tie up against Florida. We got the onside and he hit a 52 yard kick to win it. He told us about the texts on his phone and the extreme negativity to "you are a hero". I will say that he was a very good person. You also had Michael Munoz who was a great player and person on those teams.

We beat Alabama this year and it was a good win. The other ranked teams we beat shouldn’t have been ranked. I’m all for winning a championship but you’re not paying attention if you think this team has no flaws. We have one good win and one bad loss.

Tennessee needs to continue to improve under Nico, or a team like Indiana will end our season.

Tennessee hitting on all cylinders can beat anybody. But our defense is slowly fraying while our offense improves every week. Need both to go up and not be flat.

I have never cheered for Ohio State more than I will be in that game against Indiana. i hope they embarrass them so if we end up 10-2 there's a case we should be above them

Indiana and Boise State are identifying as legitimate title contenders and in today’s world that’s all that matters.

Of course, the Vols really don’t look the part but get their chance on Saturday to make their case.

Lol. All you guys are the same. I'm aware of how opinions work smart ash, my point was your 2 opinions are contradicting. Not putting it past them to pick Alabama over us is different than absolutely 100% not getting in.
