Depending on how the refs call the game, I have Tennessee winning 78-65. I saw FAU play against FDU and they didn't impress me. Yeah, they are ranked high in kenpom and are No.25 in the nation, but look at who they have played. Their center looks serviceable at best, and outside of him, they aren't tall nor physical

This game does not scare me and it shouldn't scare anyone else.

Pretty bold to think we'll score 75+ points. How many times this year have we done that? Doesn't feel like very many. If we are giving up 65 in this game, we're in trouble.

The talk about FAU having a pretty good defense is being a little overstated. I trust the metrics and data to a certain point, but there comes a time where you have to utilize that data with your own eyes. I’ve watched a bunch of their games live and have went back trying to find everything I can on them. The one thing I found is that many of the teams they have played have fallen into the trap of trying to run a little with them and get sped up. We WILL NOT do that. When they start running, their defense drops off. And in this game, that’s 100% what they will plan to do. They aren’t gonna try to play a half-court offensive game with us. When their shots aren’t falling, they get a little antsy and teams with size can capitalize on them. I don’t EXPECT us to score 75+ but I won’t be shocked if we hit the 70 mark. And no, I’m not downgrading or undervaluing them. I just think the record and metrics have skewed a lot of peoples’ thoughts on FAU. There’s more to the numbers than what a piece of paper shows you. But all of what I’ve said won’t matter if we fall back into our inconsistent play.

OK guys. Those of you who were predicting a no contest win have to realize that FAU is a good basketball team and we have to play one of our best games to win. They are much quicker than we were and they our rebounding best on both ends of the court. We would have to shoot more than 40% to win and we are hovering around 32%. We find ourself down by 7 and Uros does his thing at the wrong time. We will be very lucky if we can come back. I tried to warn you guys this could happen. Unfortunately, their quickness and speed is beginning to take over the game. I just hope we can come back. By the way, where is ON?

FAU wants it significantly more than Barnes does, Barnes isn't hungry, FAU came to New York piled into the back of a United commercial flight into Newark, Tennessee comes in on a private charter, the hungry team usually wins

They were beatable, but our offense sucked. Part of that was missing ZZ, but the other part is the lack of players who can score in this offensive scheme.

Without Zig, I think FAU would beat ys three out of four times.

At the time we reached MSG, we were so easy to defend. Just defend Santi. The end.

Occasionally, you might get a breakout game from one of the supporting cast. But, usually not.

With ten minutes to go in NYC, no one wanted to shoot the ball besides Santi. And, he had a blanket on him.
