I don't post much on the Football board in the off-season, but damn, our skill guys are pretty freaking good. If the line can come together and be a competitive unit, this team will be an impressive group. If Pig gets his off the field stuff in order, it will only add to what I think will be a very successful year. I think the QB situation will take of itself. There are very capable QB's on campus.

VP worked at Bojangles for 2 years so he knows what life out of football can be and he's going to work his butt off and make the best of this situation.

I just hope he stays for 2 years to let our youngsters really learn and get some experience before they're thrown into the SEC fire.

With another great recruiting class then in 2 years our footVols could become very special indeed.

Staying 2 years would be cool but I wouldn't mind him balling out this year year and becoming a first rounder. Will never fault a kid jumping at first round $.

I don't know what you're teaching them but I'm sure someone over there is saying "if you're about to get scored on, hold his arms down so he can't catch the ball".

I think he will have to put up serious numbers this year to go first round. Which may be hard to do with all the other talent that is our receiving corps. His size isn't bad at all but he's not the freak that CP was. Unless he puts up some monster stats this year I think we have a good chance to keep him.

I think that was Ferguson who threw that ball. Very, very well placed pass. Not to diminish the catch at all... but it was thrown to a spot where only VP could make a play on it.
