I voted all day yesterday and till 1 last night, way over 5,000 times. We are fighting a computer. We all see it get very slow when a lot of people voting. It takes at least 3,500 volts to move 0.1%. If that many people tried to vote that fast it would crash there server. I have an Engineer degree from UTC, or as the old timers call it Chattanooga. I’ve wrote a lot of computer code. It can be done. I still can’t spell. As always go Lady Vol’s.Our problem is way outnumbered in voters. I know when we took this on we thought we would get a lot of support from this website, students, other Vol websites, and facebook groups. I don't see that happening looks like about ten of us are doing the heavy lifting. I'll keep trying and voting til the end but they have a huge edge when they can wipe out a 1 percent lead and increase it to a 1.4 percent lead in seven hours while I'm also voting and maybe others with five tabs open over 100 votes per hour. We'll see how this ends up we have kept it close but today they seemed to have an enormous amount of voters more than in past days.
I agree because I was voting at 4 am this morning using five tabs and could not come close to holding a .7 lead. Now it is at 1.2 for them and not moving as I voted over 200 times. I think were in a futile effort because voting 8 to 9 hours a day is no fun at all just to see what we have accomplished gone in four hours.I voted all day yesterday and till 1 last night, way over 5,000 times. Earlier today I was having issues with the recaptcha but I was just able to do at least 30 votes on one recaptcha using the back button and my phone. Makes it so much easier than having to do the recaptcha each vote, but then it also aggravates the heck out of the arthritis in my thumbs. The site seemed so bogged down around 1 today but seems to be better now. Maybe because Spain is asleep?
This is not an exercise in futility but it appears to be us against the country of Spain and fans of other schools who just want us to lose at everything we do. It would be helpful if there were more people voting but as Tim Allen says, "never give up, never surrender" or something to that effect.
