Wade vs Hubbs

If Hubbs is anywhere close to the talent of Wade, he's a one and done. Of course Wade wasn't but I feel like Wade was held back a bit in college.

He averaged about 18ppg his freshman year, so I wouldn't really consider that held back, that a lot for the college game. I don't think Hubbs will average 18 a game, but he may average 12-14 and have better shooting % than wade had.

I shouldn't really say held back but I feel like he could have done much more. They had 4guys averaing double figures in '02-03 including Travis Diener and Robert Jackson (can't remember the other big's name). They also had Novak as their 3 point guy. Pretty strong team. I think Wade played two years at Marquette. They made the FF in 03'. I could be a little off because I'm going from memory.

It annoys me when people compare high school kids to super elite players. Dwayne Wade dropped a triple double on top seed UK in the NCAA Tournament, it is laughable in any context to compare Hubbs to Dwayne Wade.
