He was involved in a huge crash last lap and this was his after race comment.


"Just couldn't breathe. I'm all good, not sore anywhere. My pride's hurt. As long as my Vols won and beat South Carolina, I'm all good."

I love watching that kid race. Huge fan of his and hope he gets a win soon.

I enjoy watching this kid race. I won't say for sure but we have the same first name. Boom!

It really is. I just hope the powers at be are patient with him.

Bubba has great car control and speed. His race craft is improving. He can learn that with experience.

I hope not. I figure KyBU has to appreciate someone with raw speed and talent, who just needs time to improve his racecraft. Only thing has me concerned is nothing has been said about his plans for next year, and he didn't get a Busch or Winston Cup start this year.

He's a hell of a driver and moving up in NASCAR. Here's a comment from an ESPN article about him last year when he was just breaking into the sport. He's ALL VOL!

Definitely a Tennessee Vols fan. My mom went there. She's from Knoxville. She ran track at Tennessee. She was pretty good. She held her own. Definitely a Redskins fan. The best sport to watch for me is college football. I kind of tell people you pick somebody that's really good. So you go with a Tim Tebow even though I hate the Gators. You kind of follow that person throughout their four years. When you get to the NFL they kind of level off. I just see them as all the same.

I was a fan of his before I saw that interview, but after I was thinking he was my twin (He's a Kyle Busch fan and Joe Gibbs Racing fan as am I...and drives for Kyle Busch/Joe Gibbs I think)

Yeah I've liked him since the first couple of races he appeared in. After I found out he was such a huge Vols fan that just upped it even more. He is good on all types of tracks he's raced at even though most of them it was his first time racing them. He did really good at Eldora too on the dirt if I remember right. May have ended up in a late wreck but he was running top five some there.
