Yeah I've liked him since the first couple of races he appeared in. After I found out he was such a huge Vols fan that just upped it even more. He is good on all types of tracks he's raced at even though most of them it was his first time racing them. He did really good at Eldora too on the dirt if I remember right. May have ended up in a late wreck but he was running top five some there.

He goes to martinsville next, a place he has lead many laps.

I am always like to follow African American drivers, and I heard about him a couple of years ago. Really talented driver, and seems like a nice guy.

Earlier today Darrell Wallace Jr. won his first NASCAR series race at Martinsville in only his 19th start! He's the second ever African-American driver to ever win a NASCAR race. In victory lane they showed his crew chief wearing a Vols hat. He was wearing it because he was a USCe fan and he and Darrell had a bet on who would win last weekend and since the Vols won his crew chief had to wear the hat for this race.

After the race Darrell pointed to the hat and jokingly said something like "Here's the man right here (pointing to his crew chief). It's all cause of the hat he's wearing, Tennessee!"

Great win, just one of the many he will get. My favorite driver in NASCAR and I hope he continues to impress.
