The Ukrainians started this conflict as a well armed NATO army (even they they are not NATO). Now, they are resorting to Middle East Jihadists tactics because that's all they can do at this point. They can't beat the Russians on the battlefield, so they have to target civilians and infrastructure.

They started this conflict with a bunch of soviet gear and a **** ton of nlaws. The most recent offensive has been bolstered by abandoned russian armor. They've got a handful of our missile trucks wrecking **** on russias artillery ammo dumps (that aren't even our best ****) and you legitimately think NATO is running out of weapons. You read headlines meant to drum up support for firing up our MIC production and believe 100% russia is actually beating NATO. None of our best **** is even there man.

Russia is winning but the West is crossing lines I never thought they would. Irrational and irresponsible. The only thing keeping this powder keg from blowing right now, is Putin and I dont know how much longer he can stay restrained. I no longer have a good feel for how this ends.

Russia isn't using their best stuff, nor are they using all of their military resources. Also, you don't have to like that idea of me reporting NATO running out of weapons, get mad at each of these NATO countries (including the US) for admitting this fact on their own.

Back when the pandemic was raging on, you wouldn't have believed what these same news outlets were reporting about that, but suddenly, your azz is eating up every turd they drop when it comes to this conflict? Putin still had hope that he could negotiate with Kyiv entering this conflict and leading up to those meetings in Ankara. After BoJo scuttled that deal that they were close to reaching, I think much of the hope of achieving a negotiated peace was lost. Ukraine is not a sovereign nation, so they are not the ones that Russia needed to be negotiating with anyways, The US and UK were Ukraine's masters.

And after 8 years of trying to get Minsk agreements implemented, and then several weeks into the conflict of negotiations, it puzzles me that you would criticize Putin for wanting to use diplomacy instead of bombing the s^^t out of Kyiv.

I don't blame the Ukrainian government for assigning a suicide bomber to conduct a specific mission. If the juice is worth the squeeze, suicide bombers can be beneficial to a war effort. Ukrainians and Russians have been dying every day, often accomplishing less than this suicide bomber.

What I think is lame, however, is how Americans applaud this suicide bomber and hail him as a hero when we've spent the past few decades whining our asses off about suicide bombers. Take the ones in Lebanon, for example. Whoever sent those two guys to attack the French and American bases had done their homework. They knew we were quitters. They lost one man attacking US forces and one man attacking French forces and completely knocked the USA and France out of the war. That saved a lot of their men's lives in the long run. But we shrieked and still shriek "Terrrrrrrrrists!" regarding that attack.

The same thing in Iraq. The US military obliterated the Iraqi national army with ease but couldn't cope with Islamic suicide bombers. Islamic suicide bombers were a decisive factor in Iraq and Afghanistan just as they were in Lebanon, with the American public screaming, "Terrrrrrrrrrrists!!!!!" the whole time with red faces, tears in our eyes, and veins popping out of our necks and foreheads.

But Americans are collectively cheering suicide bombers now. Quite a 180 degree change of heart. Same thing with the bombing of civilians. Killing kids by the bushel can be righteous with the purity of Baby Jesus himself, or evil and downright Satanic, depending on who is bombing whose kids. A lot of selective outrage, yet entirely predictable.
