Yeah there is a dang good reason they dont do that. And a dang bad reason why the russians have to be up there. We have seen a number of Russians generals die, even if it's not all that is claimed it's a high numbers that's why it's a good idea to stay away. The reason the russians are up there is because their troops and or communication systems are so bad the generals have to be closer to the battlefield than is reasonable so they can react in time, and hopefully see their troops respond directly instead of waiting for word.
