He was a five-star QB, this is from from scout.com:
"Demarco Cobbs was one of the most sought after recruits in the entire country. And after racking up an impressive offer list he made a commitment to Tennessee, but tonight he has switched his verbal to Texas."

Irvin and Jones are unlikely to qualify (and Jones is still committed as of now, BTW).

The coaches were never sold on Rettig.

I was disappointed about losing out on Scroggins, but I am thrilled to get Bray. He will be a great QB at some point. Book it.

i dont like losing cobbs, to me its not a good sign.everyone said we would get a couple of commitments,well now we are losing people....im not worried,well a little bit. but i really liked cobbs.i hope he changes his mind...

Vandy's class is ranked like 31st on rivals.. It's pretty much the best recruiting class they've ever had.. They have like 24 3* players... So What's your point?

If you decommit and commit to a school in the same hour.. It's hard to think he will swich back.. We lost a good one but like most said, I don't think he was happy with possibly going on Defense.. And with Ambles, Meline and Milton that's what it looked like...

Hey folks.....we have three more months to close this year of recruiting out. We will steal a few, we'll loose a few. I'm not worried about this staff and their recruiting abilities. This is their first full year. We're gonna be OK.

You can't be serious...Bray has way more upside than ANY QB in this entire class. The only QB I might take over Bray is Blake Bell and that's not for sure because I still think Bray will end up the better of the 2. Next year will be the year for QBs anyway--kinda slow this season. Plus, we will still get a good RB in this class. It isn't a position of great need anyway with our depth at the position, but you take at least 1 RB in every class. Just calm down and don't go into panic mode just yet. Let this staff do their thing...

Even right after the Cobbs decommitment, I don't understand how anyone can be anything but excited about this class. NSD will be a very good day for Vol fans.
