I grew up watching DX, so I can certainly understand that gesture (though when we did it at school, we got in trouble) Kind of surprised the announcers didn't say anything.

You think Verne or Danielson would say something? Their mouths are chock full of Bama. That's probably who Sims was gesturing to up in the box.

You're right...simulating slashing someone's throat is much worse.

And Bama won their game....

Bray throat slashed an opposing team's bench in the heat of competition while a guy on the bench throws the "suck my ****" sign to fans. Difference.

Only in your head, and because you have your orange colored glasses on.

No, fans and opposing team are 2 different ball games. Especially sexual gestures towards women and children. Orange colored glasses have nothing to do with it.

I'm sure the Bama player's reaction wasn't provoked in any way from LSU fans chirping at them throughout the game...especially when LSU thought they had the game won.

Nope, those LSU fans sitting behind Bama's bench were probably well behaved and mild mannered all night long. Baton Rouge is well known for its hospitable home fans...especially when Alabama comes to town. LSU has a great deal of respect for Alabama's coach....they absolutely love the guy.

LSU fans are right up there with Nebraska when it comes to being nice to visiting fans.

Excuse it however you'd like. Agree to disagree
