Interesting...still the first half, and coach swaps Ramsey into QB for Lambert. Maybe Coach Richt is not as settled on a starter as everyone thought he was.

Nobody thought he had settled on a starter.

They're up 35-0.

They are handling their business the way they are supposed to be.

The way some of you are posting, you'd think they were down 35-0

Or we're just considering the fact they're playing a team that lost to Texas St, Appalachian St and 48-14 to Kentucky last year.

....and they're still on pace to score 70 against this team. No one looks perfect in game one but this is pretty good.

Don't you hate when that happens? Heh, you musta jinxed them.

I'm not measuring them against ULM, really, more measuring them against air.

Yep, they're taking care of business. And looking one-dimensional doing it, so far.

They're one dimensional by choice. They're probably not running more than 10 plays.

We will find out who they are on October 3rd and 10th - not today.

Agreed. I'm first to mention this is just Game 1. Lot still to learn. But I'ma compare their Game 1 against our Game 1, both against cupcakes, and I bet one is a lot more impressive than the other...we'll see by the end of the day.

Look, I foresaw three possibilities in a Game 1 peek:

-- They look rough, but talented. You can tell it's game 1, but you can tell they're gonna be good.
-- They look incredibly good, especially for the first game of the season.
-- They look less than impressive, even taking into account it's Game 1.

Any of those three outcomes were possible. The least favorable one is the one that I'm seeing.

Doesn't tell us everything, not by a long shot. But it's a start. I'm not impressed yet.

Well we found their weakness.

Gameplan for UGA: Pass the ball and stack the box on D

One thing's for sure: Chubb is a beast. Just ran through four tacklers, carrying one with him for about 10 yards.

Dunno about D, but their 1st string Offense is still playing. So, probably.

I hope this doesn't mean our game will be preempted by the end of this one.
