No, but I know she was coming off of an injury (before which she was ranked much higher in her class). She also shares the scoring/rebounding load with Maya Dodson.

I haven't seen her play in person. There is a clip or two on YouTube if you search her name. From what I saw, she's a banger. Doesn't shy away from contact like Russell. Still a little raw but the footwork and athletic ability is there. Hopefully going up against Russell, Green and Harris in practice will benefit her next season as I expect to see her get some playing time as the backup post.

I watched highlights on cheridene green & must say I was surprised at how mobile & strong she is. She will be a force down in the paint next year.

I am having a tough time finding a better player in the 2017 class than Rennia Davis. I know she is rated 9th but her defense and scoring is second to none on the video I have watched of the top players. I have high expectation for Davis being a breakout player even as a freshman.

Has anyone seen her play? The past two seasons her numbers have been pretty modest. That doesn't mean she won't be a good college player but I wonder how raw she still is at this point (especially her FT %)....

She's going to be a project. Don't expect her to start right away. Has to get better offensively posting. She has to be more aggressive and demand the ball. Right now she's using her height to score and that's not going to fly when she gets to college. They're going to have to teach her how get on the block and seal her man and play through contact. She has a habit of disappearing too. Defensively, she has work on moving her feet. Going work on defending the area around the basket. Get better with her man to man defense.

Thanks for the scouting report. Sounds like Holly better cross her fingers that Russell comes back....

I agree with you, I believe Rennia Davis is very good and should be much better then 9th. Out of all the great girls we have coming in next year I believe she is the best.
