WBIR Reporting Tillman is out Saturday

Don’t get me wrong I don’t want the kid to jeopardize himself at all. Man though I sure hope he plays-because in games like this you need difference makers and he is one!
Prayers for CT!

The thread title reads "wbir is reporting Tillman is out saturday".

That is unequivocally 100% false. The story only goes as far to say he is unlikely to play - with opinions given on that viewpoint.
I agree you need to read every word in these articles. All click bait

I’d rather sit him than play someone who isn’t 100%. He won’t be fooling anyone- they’ll know he’s missing a step or two, and he’ll be taking reps from the others. Just sit him. Rest him. Move on.

Not too sure about this one. It’s not like they got that from Heupel.

I didn't think he would be back as soon as everyone said and frankly, as much as I want him to play against Bama, I feel pretty bad this has happened to him. He didn't have to come back. Playing unhealed is not a good thing and could hurt the team and destroy his foot even further. He should rest and get as much physical therapy as he can get.

If he's not totally 100% ready to rock then sit him at least until the kenSucky game.

The NFL guys have all his previous film and add to that all the film they'll get from the rest of this season and the (hopefully) Playoffs/Bowl game then the NFL guys will have plenty of film to eval Ced with no problems.

VFL...GBO!!!

That poster was me and who I was told that from I stand by. But I've been wrong before but in this case I hope I'm not

And I'm just poking at you because you spoke with such certainty. It may have been the plan for him to be back by Bama but the future is never certain. The only thing certain is that I will always pull against Bama.

we better NEVERRRR schedule Akron again. they play dirty.
# 29 for Akron was out to injure guys and did get Tillman. He tackled Hooker the same way and I held my breath hoping he didn't succeed.#29 was not a great DB but took his shots trying to injure when he could.JMO

If he is not healed, then he should not play. It is more imperative that he be ready for Kentucky and Georgia. He will be good to go for the rematch in the SEC Championship Game.

Coach said that he is on the field running around. Now, he didn’t answer whether he was practicing or not? If he is running around on the field, then does that mean he is practicing, and is ready to go? 😂🤭🤭 🤔

I think it's a smart move. Hate that we won't have him, but he's got a pro career to consider. On top of that, they can now rest him for another 2 weeks so he should be fully healed. Having him at 100% for the stretch run and bowl game would be great. Show how Heupel will put the kid first and not risk his health by asking him to do something he's not ready to do. I'll be curious to see what Saban does with Young Saturday. He's shown he doesn't give a rats backside about the kids. He's only about winning and it doesn't matter what it takes. I'd bet Young starts.
