Was that game at Oregon? I could see how flying nearly across country on little notice could produce a poor performance. And LSU wasn't very good away from home to start with.

Yes it was at Oregon. I think LSU was just so surprised by how ugly their court is. Check it out for yourself:

Thing is hideous. The first time I say it on TV on thought someone had mangled the coating and they were just playing on it till it could be replaced/repaired. I finally realized its some kind of pattern. Trees I think.

Yes, then if we win that one it's off to play in New York.

Then I get to ride up from DC and see us play...I'm just hoping I get the opportunity. It's been hard having to follow the games from Idaho first, and then Washington. I just need some Vol Fans in my life. Grad school can't come soon enough.

Yes.

That pictures a bad angle, it's really actually pretty cool IMO.

It's supposed to be the view from a forest bottom like a ducks nest or something and your looking up through the trees.

Google image their court, it takes a minute to see it, but once you do IMO its really neat.

Trees or leaves or something. I think if they wanted to do some sort of pattern a duck feather would have been better. At first I thought someone had spilled paint on the court.

Looking forward to a Drexel/Washington final.

Wow, what a stupid comment by a supposed University of Tennessee Volunteers sports fan. Keep trolling along... I like how you made that ignorant comment and are now nowhere to be found. i guess for you ignorance is bliss.:hi:

They lost to a high school. Really no excuse.

You must have watched another game besides Ole Miss and Illi ST. I belived they hit close to 20 3's in the game. Most of these were beyond the arc. They were one of the better shooting teams that I have watched!

Especially with that dark court. Really bad fengshui in that gym. I'm all for creativity, but at first glance the court looks like a beat up rubber retread from the 70s.

LSU got destroyed by Oregon. Ole Miss and Miss st. Lost In overtime. Miss st got upset by a #7 seed

I probably would not be able to shoot on that court, because my eyes would be sore! Ugliest court EVER! Who designed that!?

I'm really hoping to see UT and UW play. It will be a bit of a conflict of interest on my part. UW bball season ticket holder, UT grad.
