We can hope for a UK upset of Georgia

I don't believe that would help our chances of a playoff birth.
I believe Ga beats the Cats like a dirty rug.

His Oline has been telling him that all year with their play
True, but no need to be disrespectful on national TV about it. They are who they are at this point. No screaming or finger pointing is going to change that. Be a leader, accept responsibility, and don't act like a 3 year old when the camera is on you.

Georgia shutting out UK is more likely than a Kentucky win. Easily see this game being 42-0.

It won't happen. Plus, they still own the tiebreaker over us. You know damn well GA isn't going to lose 2 games at this point.

For Kentucky upsetting Georgia I’m using this quote from the great comedy movie Dumber and Dumber.
Kentucky would need to play a great Any Given Saturday game to upset a great Georgia Bulldogs team that has a proven to be reliable great defense.
It’s realistically achievable for the Wildcats to cover the big spread vs the favored Bulldogs.

So the Wildcats can celebrate that moral victory at a Kentucky Hooters.

A Vanderbilt team with some confidence has a better chance of upsetting a rebuilding Florida team that finally is playing great football shortly before Thanksgiving.

Could it happen? Well, anything can happen on a Saturday in college football. Likely - no.

Personally, I don't think who wins and loses makes a difference. We beat KY and we lost to UGA. I see this as neutral.

Taking the lottery approach where you can dream big before reality sets in - what would happen though

- If UGA were to lose to KY, they definitely drop out of the top 4 and TN definitely moves into the top 4 (must beat South Carolina!!!) Their victory over us would not trump losing to a team we beat badly. No way to spin that.
- UGA probably then needs some help though it will depend upon how far they fall. And they must beat LSU.
- KY may even move back into the top 25 as a result of the win.

The other situation is a close game but a UGA victory or a last minute UGA victory. The shine on UGA pales - not enough to drop them out of the top 4, but it might result with movement of OSU up - which is probably not good for Tennessee.

So victory by UGA or KY probably okay for Tennessee. Close win by UGA may be a different story.

And I would love nothing better for at least UGA to be on edge for several quarters. I'm sure their fans can melt down with the best of us.

Kentucky has had a disappointing season after getting embarrassed by a great Tennessee team in what looked like Tennessee got to play hapless Akron again, and Vanderbilt successfully defeated them in an awesome close game.

My very low expectation is Kentucky loses a close game to a great Georgia team because Kentucky can’t contain Bowers and the other weapons that Bennett can throw to.
This is Kentucky’s final chance to get a signature win vs a great team.

I know Kentucky defeated a was ranked Florida team in Florida however not a high bar achievement because Florida is rebuilding, Richardson was still not playing great so the Wildcats winning a coin flip game was achievable.
The rebuilding Florida team in November is playing great.

Then have LSU beat them in the SECCG.
Problem solved.
We're in and they are playing a NY Day bowl !!

I can dream.

Since I doubt UK has a chance this weekend, our best bet is for UGA to beat LSU (Hate to say it because LSU is my second favorite team) in the SECCG. Then LSU has 3 losses and UT has only one, plus we creamed LSU. I could see them letting in two SEC teams (UT & UGA), but not three. IF LSU wins, they probably take UGA and the SEC champs.

A better chance of a confident Vanderbilt team at home defeating a good Florida team than longshot Kentucky defeating a great Georgia team.

While Vanderbilt is an underdog they still have better odds than Kentucky which isn’t surprising because Vanderbilt is at home, they recently defeated Kentucky in a close game because of a successful late comeback.

After Saturday, if you gave me KY and 50 points, I would go with Georgia because Kentucky is that much of a train wreck.

They could seriously finish the game with negative yardage .... not that it would affect Mel Kiper's assessment of Will Levis.
I can hope Elon Musk goes crazy again and donates 20 billion dollars to me....I mean there is probably a better chance of that happening than UK beating UGA...I really hope it happens....The 20 billion I mean.

To win it all we gotta make the playoffs. LSU winning out until the SECC Game and UGA winning out gives us the best odds. I want UGA again in the playoffs anyway. Rooting for UK is short sighted, it makes our loss look worse, that will be huge when comparing us against other 1 loss teams.

Kentucky isn’t beating anything except their meat and I’m not sure they could even accomplish that at this point.
