I think we matchup well with LSU.......I think we can run Alabama out of Knoxville.......I think South Carolina has let all of their tricks out of the bag and they will be hard pressed to score......But and this is a BIG OLE BUT, I don't see us stopping Arkansas' running attack.....skeeres me to death but I hope I am wrong!!

I have a feeling we can outscore Arkansas. I don't mean that as a smart @$$ but I think our offense can keep up with them and win.

i think the big thing w/ the hogs is that auburn was looking to this weeks game w/ florida and their coach hyping up the bcs alot of distractions were going around that team was not ready to play and it showed the hogs are not that good c'mon guys granted this is the sec where anyone can beat anyone but i just dont see it happening not this team not this year they are too focused
the hogs do have a good run game but usc exposed alot of stuff cutt can use against them plus the freshman qb considering that auburn fell on its tail this week means that UT will be the best defense they face imho we will win something like 35-17

plus the hogs had a week off to prepare for auburn that means alot

Right now, too, UT has more offense than any other SEC team...stats prove it, and so do the games. The Hogs will have to work too hard for theirs and running the ball every play wears your offense out by late in the game. We'' be fine.

ARK is four games away. Lets see how we play and they play in their four games and our three games before we meet. I am not scared of them or any team right now with our ball play in the SEC. We would give any team a run for their money.

Yep, right now I see the Arkansas / Auburn game as just one of those upset games that happen from time to time. We'll see how they do in the rest of the games leading up to ours.

We'll do the same thing to Arkansas we did against uga. Play a lot of man on their recievers, blitz a bunch to make up for our lack of size. I know they scored 33, but I dont think it was that bad...they had some pretty lucky catches with that Bryant catch and the Fb that I KNOW Wade will not get beat on. The running game I think was mostly contained...they got some big runs that made up most of their yards, but it wasnt consistent. And our offense helps our defense...Arkansas will HAVE to pass because they'll be losing.

That said, I worried about the next four games too. Cant count out Bama because its a rivalry, cant count out Lsu because they have loads of talent, South Carolina has Spurrier and a pita offense, Arkansas Mcfadden and that other guy remind me of Coker and Foster.

Actually, Georgia's offense only scored 19 points. If our kick coverage teams can keep Arkansas from running them back, we should be good.

If we could have covered kicks and Wade hadn't completely whiffed on a couple of jump balls, that game would have been REALLY ugly for Georgia.

I think when it comes to the Arkansas and AU game,,, its simple that Auburn was lookin way to far ahead and was gettin cocky espically after tupervilles statements about playoffs etc, so that game i believe is even a blind hog finds a bone every now and then. However in the next few years, mustain is gonna be sick,,,, but in the end they all suffer the same fate of that Orange and White Defense

Agreed. It happens. Arky is better than average, but not capable of beating AU regular. You could redo that game 10-20 more times before Arky wins agains. AU did not take Arky seriously, was not looking for them, so they lost. A little arrogance by the coach dribbling into team effort.

Good post, but I want to hear more about how T. Henry C-blocked you...that should be a good one!!! I can't see how that could happen even if you looked like Alfred E Newman.

I'm not going to jump on the Razorbacks bandwagon. They got lucky against AU, pure and simple. We'll concentrate on the run and shut it down, like we did against GA. Then the game will be on the shoulders of Mustain, and he will collapse under the pressure, much like Tereshinski did. Our offense will put up more than enough points to bury AR. We definitely can't overlook the Razorfags, and as long as our players don't, we'll be fine.

Lets strap up and play Bama first, then let's worry about the ol'ball coach and then the bayou bengals before we worry about the hogs.

Ditto.

I've only been on this board for a month, and even I am dying to hear this story.

I'm not that worried about Ark. I saw in the USC game that AU had issues in the passing game, and in run D. Alabama does kinda scare me because they are very balanced on Offense. If you look at the SEC stats, they are up there in both Passing and rushing. Their problem is putting the ball in the endzone. But of course their defense is nothing like last year and our O is nothing like last year either. But we've got to quit giving up the long kick returns if we are to beat these teams.
