We gotta beat UGA!

we didnt drive down into field goal range. the offensive line couldnt protect and Ainge got called for intentional grounding. It was 2nd and 24, 3rd and 16, 4th and 16.

Which is why I said we were 1 pass completion away from a game winning FG attempt. :mega_shok:

also when it was 3rd and 16 i thought we should of just tried to get about half of it instead of goin for all of it because it was 4 down territory, but eyyyy

exactly. that's what i'm saying. we failed on a chance to get a game winning FG.

lsu played very well on the road and at least had a chance to win at the very end.

Since you are discounting our chance to win at the end, go watch the LSU highlight. Their great chance to win at the end which was supposedly so much better than ours was a last gasp throw with 4 seconds to go from the 30 yard line. Not exactly a high percentage play.

i duno if anybody paid attention to any of the other games, but the 2 big SEC games trumped the usc-neb and mich-nd games by far.

UT/Florida was another barn burner.

Nebraska/USC was close to being over at halftime. So was Mich/ND.

i never said that tennessee sucks.

I never said you did. You have stated that you don't have any faith in our coaches, however. Yet, when you manage to lose by only 1 to an obviously physically superior team, I feel like the coaches had to have at least done an OK job.

That was a tough loss, but I don't blame the coaching staff for a one pt loss when UT is driving for a score in the final minutes. Just a tough finish to the game.

and why should i have faith in our coaches? i certainly have more faith in the coaching staff now that sanders and co. are gone, but fulmer has slowly slid downhill ever since 1998 and, like i've said before, we have not been able to win games against quality SEC opponents. i'm not calling for him to quit or anything, but geez...

if there's one coach i do have faith in, it's cutcliffe.

0-2 start to the SEC would be horrible. we need to win this game.

I think we will win if our offensive line tries to block, but I don't know.

For me it is, because it would be at least a step towards re-establishing UT football in the top of the East. I doubt his job rides on the game though.
