Every review made was accurate, BUT that one. You can not over turn the ruling on the field without conclusive evidence. You can not tell me that was conclusive evidence.

he clearly got the 1st down. quit *****ing.

did the refs leaves Matthews open right after that?

While I agree he probably got the first down there's no way on earth that you can clearly tell where the ball was

We should have taken advantage of their depleted secondary. I didn't see any plays that exploited that.

I agree that the spot was probably off, but there was certainly not enough evidence on the replay to overturn the call on the field.

To all the people saying he got the first down I agree that when I saw it in live i thought the got the first down as well; HOWEVER, according to the rule you have to have indisputable evidence to overturn the call. In no way shape or form was there indisputable evidence because no one could see the ball. That is what i am upset about.

This call has to be one if the worst abuses of replay that I have ever seen. Simply no way for the replay official to overturn the line judge, no way.

Probably got the first down but the objective for review is too look for clear evidence that the call should be overturned. That being said, from the two camera angles they had to look at, one in front and one from behind clearle does not show where the ball was. IMO opinion based on the views they had, Tennessee should have got the ball and ran out the clock.

Bad call. The original spot was right. Not only was the guy coming in from below spotting it short so was the guy coming from above. And their damn yellow line was off by 1 yard all night. Then after the game they showed an above view which clearly showed a good spot. The only replays they showed during review was at an angle. Bad bad bad. No matter what you think about how we played. We win that game. Got screwed

If the situation were reversed (i.e. TN was going for the first down) there's not a single poster in here who wouldn't be saying that it was a bad spot, and the right call for the booth to over rule it.

Stop your whining.

Karmas a *****. Fire a hall of fame national championship winning coach in the middle of the season and this is what you get. 13 men on the field against LSU, fumble thru the endzone against GA...and the refs just literally giving the game to vandy. We are fcked and Dobbs is the worst qb to evr get 4 stars coming out of hs. I'm not sure I've ever been embarrassed by my Vols...but I am embarrassed by the way our offense looked tonight. Worst playcalling and qb play I CAN EVER remember.

I was agreeing with everything you said until you made the moronic statement about the refs.
