That's all I watched of that game was the last 1 minute on the clock. As soon as they got into FG range, OSU completely Butch Jones'd it. I know they didn't want to take a sack, but their O went vanilla to preserves their FG opportunity. That left them with a low % kick and a kicker without the mental toughness to GitRDun.
